Who provides BrainOshi
BrainOshi is provided by Tayeb TTALBI, imm talbi avenue el moquaouama rue 2 mars Q.I Agadir 80000, Morocco. Contact: support@brainoshi.com. These terms describe the intended family service. The privacy notice explains how family information is handled.
Parents and children
The current test version of BrainOshi supports child profiles aged 6–15 using a family account managed by their parent or legal guardian. The account holder must be an adult who can legally enter into these terms and has authority to manage the child’s participation. Parents choose suitable settings, supervise use and keep account credentials and parent PINs secure.
Learning, points and rewards
BrainOshi provides learning activities, progress records and points that can be used toward rewards chosen by the parent. Points are in-app progress units: they are not money, a bank balance or a promise of payment.
Parents decide which rewards to offer, their point requirements and when to provide them. A cinema visit, an ice cream or permission to play a console game is arranged and provided by the parent, not by BrainOshi. The app does not automatically control a television or games console.
Learning outcomes vary. BrainOshi does not promise particular grades, achievements or behavioural changes. Tell us if you find an incorrect or unsuitable question.
Respectful and safe use
Use the service for your own family and authorised connections. Do not impersonate another person, expose a child’s private information, harass others, exploit errors to manipulate points, bypass parent controls or interfere with the service. Share invitations and result images responsibly.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse or meet legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Prices and purchases
This preview does not offer or establish a paid plan, subscription price or free-trial entitlement. If paid features are introduced, the price, duration, renewal and cancellation conditions will be presented before purchase. No purchase is made by accepting these terms alone.
For purchases made through Apple, Apple’s applicable payment and subscription processes apply alongside your mandatory consumer rights. Do not send payment-card details to BrainOshi support.
Availability and changes
The service and some features may be unavailable during maintenance or testing. Test versions may contain errors. We will explain material changes to the service or these terms through an appropriate notice; any consent required by law will be sought separately.
Store availability may differ by country. Mentioning a territory in these pages does not mean the app is currently available there.
Leaving BrainOshi
You can stop using the app at any time. For account closure or information deletion, contact support@brainoshi.com and read the privacy notice, including the current test-build limitations. Removing the app from your device does not by itself delete your account or cancel any store subscription.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections in Morocco, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries where the service is offered. These terms do not require you to waive a mandatory right or use an exclusive foreign court.
If a problem arises, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Responsibility and remedies remain subject to applicable law.
